What does the connected trial include?
The connected trial is planned with $10 of AI usage and hosting funded by us within the trial’s limits. We help you choose a useful first task, review the tools it needs and agree the access and approvals. Trials are not open yet: register your interest and tell us which systems you want connected.
What is Maix?
Maix is an AI assistant that does the work, not just the talking. It sends emails, updates systems, books meetings and chases replies in the tools a business already uses, and it can deal directly with other companies that run Maix. Anything important waits for a person to approve it.
How do people use it?
Maix is set up once for the company. Each department, such as HR, Engineering or Sales, gets its own tools on top, and each person gets a private space for their own email, calendar and notes. People see the company setup, the teams they belong to, and their own space. They message Maix in Google Chat, Slack or Telegram, talk to it, or use the Maix app.
Where does Maix run?
Two ways. Maix Cloud, hosted and run by the Maix team, or white-glove, where we install and run it in your own cloud account, on your premises or on hardware we source.
When does Maix launch?
Soon. Register your interest and you are first in line: your Maix will be one of the first we set up, with us, when it launches.
How is Maix priced?
Prices are published at launch. Each plan is a monthly fee for each Maix plus the AI it uses, on one bill. White-glove deployments are quoted for the work involved.
Can Maix work with other companies?
Yes. With companies that do not run Maix it works the way a person would, by email, supplier portals and web forms, and chases replies. When both companies run Maix (in early access), the two assistants exchange orders, invoices, stock and delivery information directly as structured data, with approvals on each side and a record at both ends, in place of email attachments, supplier portals and EDI.
